Upload your documents

Orders that need documents are verified before production — dispatch timing starts once your documents are approved. Upload your proof of identity and proof of entitlement below and we'll review them, usually the same working day. Orders approved before 3pm on a working day may be dispatched the same working day, subject to production capacity. Weekends and bank holidays are not working days.

Each document is saved the moment you choose it — you can add them one at a time and come back later, even from another phone. By uploading you confirm the documents are yours, valid and unaltered. We review every document before production. If one is rejected, we will contact you by email.

Accepted documents

Proof of identity (one of)

  • UK driving licence (photocard)
  • Passport

Proof of entitlement (one of)

  • V5C logbook
  • V5C/2 new keeper slip or new keeper supplement
  • V750 certificate of entitlement
  • V778 retention document
